PALBOARD (Rigid Materials)

Palboard is an innovative material consisting of multiple layers that combine a durable PVC surface with a lightweight foam core. This material is easy to transport due to its lightness, yet it features a strong shell, capable of withstanding intense load.

Thanks to the smooth white PVC surface, vibrant colors can be achieved during digital UV printing. The solid PVC shell ensures smooth and crisp edges, preserving the elegant structure of graphic signs even after cutting into individual shapes. And thanks to the three-layer structure with a rigid outer layer, this material can be CNC cut into complex geometric shapes.

Due to its three-layer structure, the PALBOARD differs from all other PVC by its unique 2.5D cutting capability. Just like an ACM, Palboard can be cut with special 60, 90, 135 degree cutters for clean even bend. And thus obtain complex three-dimensional shapes. And with brilliant print quality!

PALBOARD also available in version with black core, and in 2 layer version. 

It is an excellent material not only for plaques and signs, but also for stands and displays with complex geometries. We offer not only printing on this material, but also CNC cutting.

Palboard Features:

    •    Maximum size: 48" x 96”, available in 3mm 5mm and 10mm thickness, with white and black core

    •    High-resolution digital printable. We can print on Palboard up to 1800 dpi and CNC cut with 0.004" accuracy. 

    •    Designed for indoor and short-term outdoor applications, waterproof and UV-safe
