3D Printing
We have a wide range of 3D printing equipment for different tasks.
- Traditional FDM printers (including high - temperature ones) for printing with economical plastics filaments, such as PLA, PETG, ABS, TPU.
Engineering plastics - ASA, PC polycarbonate, Nylon, Polyamide, PEEK, wear resistance Igus filament. And also glass and carbon fiber filled plastics, PLACF, ABS, CF, ABS-GF, PETG-CF, PC-GF and many more.
- Resin based 3D printing with exceptional resolution and accuracy. With new strong and rigid resins, we can offer ABS like 3D printed parts and models with 0.03 mm layer size.
- SLS nylon 3d printers provides fully functioned nylon parts.
- SLM metal 3D printers allow for high - precision detailed models and working parts made of stainless steel. From small gears to automotive and aviation parts.
- MJF (Multi jetting technology) - precise full color models with up to 4x8 feet size. The technology based on UV cured plastic, multicolor printing, Picolighter size collar droplets depositing layer by layer, creating full-color volumetric images. Great for maps, advertising products, volumetric models of cross-sections.
3D Modelling
Not only can we make 3-D prints from your files, we also offered 3D modeling services. From simple holders or adapters, to complex assemblies consisting of many parts. 3D models are created with an accuracy of up to tenths of a millimeter. We can work with an existing sample, or with drawings, or just with description. We use a parametric three-dimensional modeling program that allows us to make a changes to the 3D model without having to redo everything all over again. This helps a lot when the sample requires several iterations.
